Delivery you cansee clearly.
Transparent Project Management helps companies plan, run and recover projects. We keep scope, timelines, risks and decisions visible to everyone involved, so leaders can act early and teams know what matters next.
Plan-driven, agile or hybrid. We use what fits the work.
This week
Project management as a service
We focus on technical projects: software development, digital products, system implementations and process automation. We work with startups, growing companies and IT service providers that need experienced delivery leadership on a single project or on their project delivery practice as a whole.
End-to-End Project Management
We lead projects on the client side, from initiation to closure, including projects that involve several teams and vendors, and keep delivery predictable for sponsors and stakeholders.
PMO Setup and Delivery Governance
We design and set up a project management office that fits the size and pace of the company: clear roles, light processes and reporting leaders actually use.
Agile Delivery
We help product and engineering teams adopt agile ways of working that keep their flexibility while giving leadership reliable forecasts.
Troubled Project Recovery
When a project is late, over budget or has lost stakeholder trust, we run an independent review and lead a recovery plan with honest, regular reporting.
Transparency is how we manage, not just our name
One source of truth
A single plan, status report and RAID log that every stakeholder can read. No separate versions for different audiences.
Project pageHonest status
Regular reports with a clear status and the reasons behind it. Bad news travels as fast as good news.
Status reportRisks raised early
An open risk register with owners, dates and mitigation actions, reviewed with stakeholders on a fixed cadence.
RAID logDecisions on record
Every key decision is logged with its context, owner and date, so the team never has to guess why something changed.
Decision logFive things we hold to on every project, whatever the method
Context first, method second
Agile is not the answer to every project. Neither is a detailed plan. We choose the method after we understand the work, not before.
Find the balance
Everything has a price. Speed, scope, quality and cost pull against each other. Before priorities shift, we show the trade-off, so it becomes a decision, not an accident.
The process serves the result
Smooth ceremonies can hide wrong priorities. We change or drop a practice when it stops helping the goal. And no, buying Jira does not make a team agile.
Measure, don’t guess
Intuition often doesn’t match reality. “85% of items are done in 18 days or less” is something you can plan with. “About two weeks” is not.
Aim high, commit honestly
We like ambitious goals. But a goal is not a commitment. We keep the ambition in the goals and the realism in the plan.
Four steps from first call to handover
Assess
We review goals, scope, current plans, team setup and risks, and agree on what success looks like.
Plan
We build an integrated plan with milestones, dependencies, governance and a reporting cadence.
Deliver
We run day-to-day delivery: coordination, tracking, risk management, change control and reporting.
Hand over
We close the engagement with documented results, lessons learned and processes the team can keep.
Our practice is built on recognized standards: PMI project management standards, the APM Body of Knowledge, Scrum, the Kanban Method and SAFe.
